Summer Organic Beauty Empties 2022

Summer Organic Beauty Empties 2022Hello, hello, after some time off, I am back with yet another round of empties! I am sure you’ve seen most of these products before because I already had them reviewed on the blog. However, the fun of empties posts is that I get to recap all the good and evil after completely using them up. So let’s go, my ladies. I’ll start from left to right:
Antipodes Hosanna H2O Skin Plumping Serum comes as an individual serum, but I have got this baby from Antipodes Hydration Heroes Natural Skincare Set. It is one of the most popular Antipodes products, I believe, and rightly so. Made with natural ingredients, this potent skincare gem is what everyone should have in their skincare stash. That is those who want beautiful, even, and firm skin. As I mentioned in my previous reviews, it doesn’t feel hydrating but offers other benefits.

Antipodes Baptiste H2O Ultra Hydrating Water Gel is from the same set as the Hosanna Serum that I just mentioned. I used it fairly quickly just because I reached for it almost every morning. It’s a refreshing, lovely face gel with a light, non-sticky texture. I guarantee I’ll repurchase it next summer since it was such a good light everyday cream.

Nourish London Kale 3D Cleanse adds a fun element to its application changing colors from white to green when in contact with water. It is a good cream cleanser that leaves the skin super clean. I enjoyed the herbal scent; it did not sting my eyes and was terrific at removing makeup. However, your skin will need a moisturizer at once after using the cleanser since it might feel a tad dry. I imagine those with oily/combo skin types benefit most from it.

Organic Beauty Empties Summer 2022Antipodes Ananda Antioxidant-Rich Gentle Toner will probably make this empties post sound like an ode to Antipodes products, but I am sorry, I can’t help that these included here are so good! I am a pretty new convert to the toner world (a year before, I wouldn’t even bother using any in my skincare routine). Still, from the ones I’ve tried during this time, this Ananda Toner is one of my top ones! There’s always an impression that toner needs to be super tightening and cleansing for the skin, but that’s not always the case. For me, the best toner is the one that’s gentle and soothing. These are the main reasons why I enjoyed using the Ananda Toner.

I’ve pretty much used this The Castilian Soap Company Natural Castile Soap with Peppermint Essential Oil as a shower gel in the morning. Mainly because of its refreshing and invigorating peppermint scent. I’ve also tried it as a shampoo (I read somewhere that this is what people do), but it wasn’t a massive success since it stings the eyes.

Organic Beauty Empties Skincare Summer 2022I talked about this Vegamour GRO Revitalizing Shampoo some time ago, but I wanted to quickly mention it one more time before recycling the bottle. It contains vegan silk keratin (Karmatin) and b-Silk protein to restore damaged hair follicles and strands by staying attached to them even after rinsing the hair. I won’t get all science-y here, but I did notice a difference in my hair texture and overall health. I would be interested in repurchasing it a few more times just to see if what I experienced was consistent with prolonged use.

I rarely share my thoughts on supplements here on the blog, but honestly, I think I should do it more. Recently I was taking my health much more seriously, so the number of supplements I started to use increased. This is why I kept delaying taking these Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummies for Hair; I just didn’t want to overload my body with extra stuff all of a sudden. However, I finished the entire 30-day course at the end of the summer. First of all, I can not comment on the results because, obviously, any kind of supplement needs to be taken longer and more consistently to see any type of effect. But I enjoyed adding these gummies to my daily routine, knowing they provide my hair, skin, and nails with additional biotin. Also, I usually get nausea from biotin supplements, but I did not feel bad when using these, so yay for this.

I Luv It Naturally Sensitive Sweetheart Deodorant wasn’t my first love initially, but I’ve grown to like it. The main issue (white clothing stains) still persists, but hey, most of my wardrobe is grey/black, so it’s not the issue that I run into often. I liked the smooth, velvety texture and the reason that my sweaty pits stayed reasonably dry every day. Would I repurchase it? Probably not. But it’s definitely not the worst natural deodorant out there.

I keep avoiding featuring this Madara City CC Hyaluronic Anti-Pollution CC Cream in my empties posts because it seems that I praised it so many times on this blog that I don’t want to bore you. Well, a good product deserves to be heard, so here we go again! The City CC is a smoothing CC cream with a buttery texture and SPF15. I always get it in the shade Light, but there’s also a medium shade available for darker skin tones. It provides the most fuss-free application, natural finish and stays in its place pretty good, even in warm weather. I never had dry patches or breakouts with this CC cream, so yeah, I’ve been a massive fan for many years for these reasons.

Rahua Hydration Hair Detangler seemed promising, but I am so glad I stuck with a trial-size bottle instead of going for full packaging. I mean, the spray just does not work correctly. It sprays in patches, distributing the product unevenly. I’ve tried to overcome this by spreading the product in my hand first, but I don’t know; it just did not seem worth the trouble. I think it’s time to just agree that it does not work for my hair.

So, that’s it. Until the time when the next bunch of empties will emerge! Have you tried any of these, by the way?
