[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] If you’re ready to get fierce and fiery with your shadows, the Dior En Rouge fall collection has everything you might possibly want. In fact, those palettes are giving me back my eyeshadow mojo – the swatching was seamless – the sort of swipe that makes you go ‘ooooooh’ because the colour that it brings is so vibrant.

Dior Autumn 2022 Dior En Rouge

This is 5 Couleurs Couture in Mirror Mirror full of the autumnal shades that we are tipping into. It’s versatile with some easy wear shades in there that can be lifted with accents or just worn mono.

Reflexion is the real fire cracker – I love a red lid for always being so unexpected but the central shade is stunningly dramatic and the first one I wanted to put on my eyes. It has bronze reflections. You know when someone opens a chocolate box and you are just so drawn to your favourite that your fingers fly on their own to it? That with this! At the same time, there are enough neutrals around it that you can line with the red shade – above or under – if you can’t quite do the full on look.

Here is the Dior Rouge Dior in RedRed – and yes, it is red-red! It’s a velvet finish – actually, Peter Philip’s inspiration for the Dior En Rouge collection was textures taken from the Dior fashion archives.

And, here’s Rosewoodrose, also with a matte finish. These are refillable, by the way, and £34 each.

So, in the swatch is Rosewoodrose and Mirror Mirror (£51).

And, RedRed with Reflexions. I think you can really see the silks, satins and velvets in this – if ever there was a place to be fly on the wall it must be with Peter and those archives. I find the Dior site a bit confusing to navigate but the palettes are HERE, and the lipsticks are HERE.
